NZFW 2026 Giveaway: Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Further, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. New Zealand Fashion Week reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions.

T&Cs: A Week at New Zealand Fashion Week 2026

1. The Promoter. This giveaway is run by New Zealand Fashion Week Limited (NZFW). It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility. Open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of NZFW, its partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period. The giveaway opens on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on Sunday 14th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter. Subscribe to the NZFW mailing list via the link in bio on the NZFW Instagram account. One entry per person. Existing NZFW email subscribers are automatically entered and do not need to re-subscribe. Multiple accounts or false information will result in disqualification. Entries made through fake, duplicate, or third-party accounts will not be accepted.

5. The Prize. One winner and one guest will receive the following, subject to availability and partner confirmation:

   • 2x GA tickets to one show per day across New Zealand Fashion Week 2026 (18–22 August 2026, shows allocated at NZFW's discretion and subject to availability). Valued at NZD $750.

   • 5x (five) nights accommodation at Hotel Indigo Auckland (double or twin room, standard rate, excludes breakfast, check-in 17 August, check-out 23 August, subject to availability). Valued at NZD $1,300.

   • A Volkswagen Tayron 7-seater for the week (17-23 August) courtesy of Giltrap Group via SIXT Rentals valued at NZD $1,400. Subject to SIXT's own rental terms and conditions. The winner must hold a valid and current driver's licence at the time of pick-up. A credit card will be required at pick-up for bond and incidentals. SIXT reserves the right to decline the rental if licence or credit card requirements are not met.

   • Dinner for two at Bistro Saine at Hotel Indigo Auckland (one sitting during NZFW week, bookings essential, to the value of NZD $300, excludes drinks unless otherwise stated)

   • 1x THE ICONIC gift voucher worth NZD $500.

   • 2 x Dreame AirStyle Era 8-in-1 Hair Styler (valued at $799 each).

6. Total Prize Value. The total approximate retail value of the prize is NZD $5,848.The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. NZFW reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value if required.

7. Travel Not Included. The winner and their guest are responsible for their own travel to and from Auckland. No cash or travel alternative will be provided in lieu of any prize component.

8. Partner Terms. Prize components provided by Hotel Indigo Auckland, Giltrap Group, SIXT Rentals, Bistro Saine, Westfield Newmarket, THE ICONIC, and Dreame are each subject to those partners' own terms and conditions. NZFW accepts no liability for any changes to prize components made by partners.

9. Winner Selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes. The draw will take place on or around Monday 15 June 2026 and will be conducted in the presence of an independent witness.

10. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted via the email address used to subscribe to the NZFW mailing list within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time, a new winner will be selected.

11. Prohibited Actions. Entrants must not enter via multiple accounts, provide false or misleading information, or attempt to gain additional entries by any means not outlined in these terms. Any entrant found to be in breach of these conditions will be disqualified.

12. Disqualification. NZFW reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions, or who engages in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate in connection with this giveaway.

13. Modifications. NZFW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or events outside NZFW's control.

14. Privacy. Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used by NZFW to administer the competition and for future marketing communications. By entering, participants consent to receiving communications from NZFW. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. NZFW handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at nzfashionweek.com.

15. Conditions of Entry. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions. NZFW reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms. NZFW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require.

16. Platform Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any liability in connection with this giveaway. Any questions or complaints should be directed to NZFW, not Instagram.
