We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–4 business days.

During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
If you're located outside New Zealand, please email support@nzfashionweek.com before placing your order. Our team will be happy to provide an international shipping quote and assist with your order where possible.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
Shipping Costs
$10 NZD flat-rate shipping on all New Zealand orders.
Free standard shipping on orders over $200 NZD.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping within New Zealand is usually delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Rural deliveries may take additional time.
International Shipping
We are not currently set up for international shipping through our online store.
If you're located outside New Zealand and would like to place an order, please email support@nzfashionweek.com before purchasing. Our team will be happy to provide an international shipping quote and assist with your order where possible.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking where available.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel.
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or weather events.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your NZFW merchandise. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general preference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Returned in the original packaging where possible
How to Request a Return

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item (if faulty or incorrect)
We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear once processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
